Our inviting guest rooms on the second floor are spacious and bright. All four rooms retain the original charm of the house with large windows, oak floors and antiques, yet have been updated with modern amenities including individual thermostats, private baths, air conditioning, wireless internet and cable TV/DVD. Enjoy a great night's sleep and wake up to the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen. Begin your day with fresh brewed organic coffee, Harney & Sons Fine Tea and homemade pastries, including scones, warm cinnamon-sugar donuts, popovers, Maine blueberry streusel coffee cake or fresh fruit muffins. Then delight in a full gourmet breakfast in our scenic breakfast room overlooking the White Mountains. A great way to start your day!

Jonathan’s Mixed Fruit and Nut Granola
Dried strawberries, apricots, cherries, cranberries & blueberries, mixed with nuts and oats, toasted, and lightly sweetened with maple syrup. Served with Stonyfield Organic Vanilla Yogurt.
Eggs Garcia
Roasted vegetable scrambled eggs and home fried potatoes topped with melted cheddar, salsa verde and sour cream. Served with hearty multi-grain toast.
Raspberry Cream Cheese Stuffed Thick-Cut French Toast ~ Served with Weston’s local maple syrup and fresh fruit
Crepes Madame ~ Thin crepes topped with smoked ham, melted Jarlsberg and fried eggs. Served with a side of Dijon mustard and fresh fruit.
Buttermilk Pancakes ~ Topped with Maine blueberry compote and Weston’s local maple syrup.
POLICY
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax for stays of 1-3 nights, 50% of total reservation for 4+ nights or the complete package price, whichever is applicable, is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the 14 day window will be refunded less the cancellation charge, only if we are able to rebook the room for the length of original reservation. We are a small hotel, so we never overbook.
For your comfort we are totally SMOKE FREE. Smokers may use the front porch or smoke out in the yard. Guests who disregard our policies and smoke in their rooms can expect to be charged a cleaning fee of 1 full night's stay to give us 24 hours to make the room smoke-free again.
Winter cancellations are accepted only if airports are closed & roads to our inn are not drivable.
Check-in time is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Please let us know if you will be later than 6 pm. No check-ins are available earlier than 3 pm.
Check-out time is by 11 am. Late check-out, depending on our availability, may be arranged for $25 per hour.
We welcome families with well-behaved children.
Pets are generally not accepted. There are kennels nearby that we can recommend for your convenience.We do have 2 very friendly dogs.
All rates are double occupancy. Additional guests in a room are $20 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy rules apply.
